Step 1: On the left side, see "Residential". Put a check in the box.
Step 2: See on left side, "Area". Click on magnifying glass at the end. A screen will open. Click the box by the city/community in the area you want-Rancho Mirage, etc. Then click "OK" just above.
Step 3: See "Cities".Click on the magnifying glass at the end and put in "Rancho Mirage" or Palm Desert, etc. Then click "OK".
Step 4: See "Bedrooms/Baths" and click the number you want--ex: 2 - 5, etc. Click "OK".
Step 5: See "Price": Put in a reasonable price range..not to wide. Then click "OK".
Step 6: See "Subdivisions" line in the next section. Make your choice. Then click "OK".
Step 7: Final step: Click on "Search" right side of page. The MLS pops up and you can check all properties.
